In 1959, Paul Monaco Sr. recognized that northern New Jersey contractors needed a dependable local source for septic tanks, drainage structures, and precast concrete products. Instead of relying on suppliers outside the region, he built Peerless Concrete to serve the contractors, engineers, and communities building New Jersey’s infrastructure. Over 60 years later, Peerless Concrete remains a family-owned precast concrete company in New Jersey, doing what it has always done: manufacturing precast concrete products that contractors, engineers, and municipalities across New Jersey and New York can count on.
We operate out of two facilities in Butler and Franklin, NJ. We manufacture what we sell, deliver it with our own fleet, and back it with a team that understands construction. When you work with Peerless Concrete, you’re working directly with the manufacturer, not a middleman.
